TERMS
Submitted application is binding, but you are not guaranteed admission to a workshop until you have received confirmation of such. If you are given admission you are obligated to pay the course fee, and the invoice we send out must be paid when due.
The course fee can be credited (deleted) or refunded only if you can document valid reason for withdrawal: sick leave or artistic work during the course period.
SICK LEAVE: We must be notified as soon as possible if you are sick. A doctor’s notice / sick leave document must be received no later than one week after the start of the course, otherwise the invoice must be paid.
ARTISTIC WORK: We understand that actors suddenly get assignments, and can credit / refund the course fee invoice if we receive a copy of the contract or a signed confirmation from the employer, documenting artisticly related work during the course period. We must be notified at least 48 hours before the workshop starts, and documentation must be received no later than one week after the start of the workshop, otherwise the invoice must be paid.
INVOICE :You are responsible for your invoice you receive it by email. If you find errors in your own application before you have received an invoice, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it. Invoices must be paid when due and overdue invoices can incur late charges.
